Pre-owned luxury bag store (Germany)
Freelance work for a pre-owned luxury bag store in Germany. I built a Laravel pipeline that pulls items from three suppliers and several eBay feeds into staging tables, merges them with SKU deduplication, and generates German product copy and DeepL translations. Staff review items through an API before they are uploaded to Shopify, and stock and prices update nightly.

What it does
- Ingest from several supplier and eBay feeds into per-source staging tables.
- Merge with SKU deduplication and a check against products already in Shopify.
- German product copy generated from structured attributes.
- Automatic translation of supplier descriptions.
- Brand, type and bag-style taxonomy.
- Staff review API with status changes, duplicate checks and one-click upload.
- Scheduled Shopify upload and nightly stock/price updates with metafields.
How it is built
- Per-source staging tables feed a merge step into one vendor_products table; generated German copy and translations are added; staff review items through a JSON API; cron jobs publish approved items to Shopify and refresh stock and price nightly.
